ITS is an independent industrial services platform providing non-discretionary pre- and post-weld heat treatment to its customers both on-site and off-site. In addition to its heat treating services, the Company offers a host of complementary Specialty Services including bolting, torquing and hydrostatic testing. ITS is headquartered in Nederland, TX and has operations across the US Gulf Coast, Arkansas and Montana.
