Milestone’s 2021 Sustainability Report is a continuation of the Company’s efforts to quantify its carbon footprint and track critical ESG metrics. In 2021, the Company achieved its goal of quantifying, verifying and attributing the carbon it sequesters to each of its customers in order to provide them a clear understanding of the carbon benefit from Milestone’s proprietary slurry injection process. Inclusive of its own Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, Milestone’s carbon footprint for 2021 was negative 193,052 MT CO2.
