Prior to his role at Quick Fitting, Mr. Boucher spent more than three years as the CEO of ClockSpring, a leading manufacturer of asset integrity solutions across the energy, municipal, industrial, and construction industries, where he led organic and inorganic growth strategies and the successful sale of the business. In addition, Mr. Boucher has held various executive roles within Lindsay Goldberg portfolio companies and has served on the Board of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America.
Mr. Boucher holds a bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration in Managerial Economics from Bentley University and a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
