Erik Hoover appointed to the Innovex Board of Directors as an Independent Director

Erik Hoover, an industry executive with decades of Energy experience, serves as an Independent Director on the Innovex Downhole Solutions Board of Directors.

Mr. Hoover is a petroleum engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of VTX Energy Partners, a private E&P operator focused on the Permian and Williston basins. Prior to co-founding VTX, Mr. Hoover spent time at ATX Energy Partners, Brigham Resources, Statoil and Mewbourne Oil Company.

Erik is widely respected amongst industry peers for his track record of innovation and demonstrated operations experience.
