Prior to founding Greenridge, Ms. Nelson spent more than seven years with SCF Partners, an oilfield services focused private equity firm, where she invested in and advised numerous oilfield service and equipment companies. Ms. Nelson began her career with Amoco Production Company, and held various planning, project management and engineering roles. She also currently serves on the board of directors of APA Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company as well as NexTier Oilfield Solutions, Inc., and Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc., oilfield service and equipment companies.
Ms. Nelson holds bachelor’s degrees in engineering and economics from Rice University and a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School.
